Craftsvilla is a careless and cheat company !!!

I have placed an order with Craftsvilla on 4th Jan, 2018. Order Num: 104877583. I placed a return request for One products from the two products.
(Aradhya Traditional Designer Gold Plated Kundan Necklace Set With Earrings And Maang Tikka For Women And Girls)

The executive who picked the product has picked the wrong product.
He was asked to be sure of the parcel to be picked at the time of pickup. He without checking the product confirmed that it is the right product.

Instead of Kundan set, the executive has picked an earring collection of 50+ earnings that belongs to me.
The product was picked on 15th Jan,2018. I raised a complaint on 16th,2018. The customer care executive that day told me Craftsvilla assured me that I will get my product back. They raised the complaint and told me to wait for 48hours within which I will get the revert. I talked to customer care executive twice. Both times they confirmed me about my product return and right product pickup.
I then call on 18th Jan,2018. They again told me I will get a revert from Craftsvilla regarding my complaint that day. There was no revert again.
I called them again today. And now they are saying they cannot help me on this as the product has reached seller and refund has been initiated.

I really don’t understand, what is the use of customer care and the complaint that I raised. There was no action taken for my complaint. They did not revert me. They at first time told me that I will get my product and now telling me it is not possible. They are not sharing me seller details whom the product has been given.

This was my first and last purchase on Craftsvilla

Better help me to get my products back.

Customer care is not helping me at all. What kind of service you guys are providing to your customers ?
