Sir,

It is to mention that I had placed an order on Craftvilla Onling shoping site on 4th Aug 2016 as per following Details:

Green Meenakari Polki Necklace Set- Qty : 1
Seller : Shree Mauli Creation.
Payment: Full Payment made in Advance.

As per crafts villa comfirmation, above order (with shipment ID 102913969) had been dispatched with DotZot with tracking ID700005835190.

As per tracker report the product was traced at at Sasaram( which is 15Km from my residence) on 11.08.2016 and is still to be delivered at my residence. (Tracker snapshot enclosed.)

In this regard i have written several mails to the Crafts villa Customer care, however issue hasn’t been addressed duly by M/s. Craftsvilla.

May Pls Help.
