I am from Fujairah, I have joined in Crown line international tour & travel company on 19.03.2023. I got one call from these people saying that I won a lucky draw, and I & my family was invited to Al Bahar hotel , Fujairah for collective their gifts.
In that hotel, I was welcomed by Ms. Sara (representative) & Mr. Shiva (Manager). They introduced their travel packages and we were impressed by their words. Finally we have joined a package (AED 6300). In this package includes 10 local activities, 14 days international tours, 3 N/4 D @ Home country resort, 1N/2 D in Bin Majid Beach Resort, RAK and 3N/4 D in Georgia/ Azerbaijan.
In next week, we have used one of the Dow Cruise, it was ok trip.
Next in this EID holidays, before 10 days, we have requested for staycation in Bin Majid Beach resort. Mr. Shiva & Sara have promised that it can be done. I was always following up with the package with Shiva & Sara. They always promised that it can be done.
Before 4 days, Shiva said the requested resort was full & he suggested another resort in RAK and same we confirmed. From that day onwards,
I was following up with Shiva, he said it can be done for sure. He said soon I will receive the booking confirmation through mail.
On the last day before EID holidays, evening also he said it will be confirmed & I will get the mail confirmation.
But no. I tried to call him by evening 9pm, that time onwards, his phone was switched off and after hoildays I mailed a compalint to their company mail id ([email protected]).
I have requested them to refund the amount I have paid (AED 6300).
But I received a negative reply as the amount is non-refundable, requested to continue with services.
I again mailed in details, what has happened, but their reply is can’t be refundable.
Now they are not answering my calls & Sara has blocked my mobile number.
