I have got a tour and travel package from crown line international tour & travel back in December 2022 since then I have chased them to give me the service that they said they will but they give false excuses. I have requested a refund after long argument they said they will give in two installments which I said I need a proof in letters which they gave me but when I am going to claim my refund they are no where to be found office closed all the employees phone is off.
I need to complain regarding issue and would like to get a solution what can be done
