I had paid them AED 11000 on 30.5.2022 as membership fees for 35 days of holiday package
After payment I requested them to provide local activity tickets and hotel packages
They are mot providing any service even after continuously requesting them for last one year
Every time they are coming up with new excuses
Mr Deepak is the contact person there
Whenever I call him or send him mail for providing service, his standard reply is that the request has been forwarded to booking department
Now they are asking to pay annual maintenance fees of AED 499 per person then only they will give the services
I was not informed about this fee at the time of agreement and also it is mo where mentioned in the contract
I asked them to let me know if this is mentioned in agreement but they have not replied to this
I asked them to refund my membership fees as the services committed as per agreement is not given by them but still no positive response has been received from them
