I booked a flat 3BHK in Dhanista Gardenia powai in 2015. As they insisted for 40% of total cost I Paid same by Cheques for.3512318 Rs. As per MOU they should have completed the building in 2017. or return money with 18% interest. Whenever I visited the plot I found that they have not started any construction work. Same time I asked office about this project but they keep on giving false reasons. As I am fed up & worried about my hard earned money, In 2018 I told them to return the money . As there was no response from them I filed FIR at Vikroli Parksite police station in fraud and cheating case. 4 years passed after FIR, Till now no reply & case hearing going on in Vikhroli court. I am praying everyday that Let God help me to get back my money.
Nobody knows their present address, not able to contact by phone also. Please help us to know their present address. How to contact them ?. They are not coming to the court, keep postponing the date. Kindly give suitable punishment to them, name: Devidas Bhujang Rao, Souparnika Rao, Nandita Rao, Tejasvi Rao & Bhavana Menon. My humble request is that they should return my hard earned money with interest as per MOU as soon as possible.

dhanista builders cheate many people, 10 years back we have invested 30lakhs, nothing happend to them against their fraud, they are using investers money for lawyers. still giving false promises, we need to do somthing strong against them.
