Myself, Mr.Vijaykumar Dharmaji, had invested approximately 20lacs in advance against the SRA project in Powai (Gardenia) in the year JAN-2015. As per the M.O.U. had between the builder and us project was suppose to begin by MAY-2015 and possession be given by DEC-2017. But none of their promises stood from builder and they repeatedly made false promises & kept delaying. We filed an FIR along with other petitioners through the lawyer. Last information that we received was that the builder got arrested along with his family members and is still under custody. We have not received any updates from the builder’s side on refunding the amount.
