Respected Sir,
i have perched a dish TV connection(about 4 months back) for 2 years.
Now Dish TV upgrade their system and as result we are not viewing any channel last 6 days.
i have called customer care and they send a service man. he has told me to buy a new STB with new agreement and my old agreement will not be applicable to new STB.and this is Dish TV’s Rule.after that he has taken his visiting charge ans return back..
I have called Dish TV authority severely they also reply the same.
Where their agreement will be end after 1y 8 months then how they can deny their commitment.
So we are helpless and do not know what to do. In such a way many rural people like will be sufferer by this Dish TV rule.
So i request you to suggest me what should i do.
