I have recharge my dish tv on 24.01.2017 by paytm & it was successful, but dish tv said they did’t received & they gave me an adjustable 3 days of period. I talk with paytm & they send me all details of the transaction & i submit all those to dish tv. Now dish tv says, i have deposit money in wrong number, but this is not the 1st time i recharge,& paytm showing the number of which i recharge.
How ever dish tv mailed me, they will transfer the money to my account within 1 hour & reconnect my line, but 4days has passed, after several telephone conversation with dish tv officials, still it is not connected.
Kindly look in to the matter & oblige.
My name is Sushanta roy chowdhury, my register mobile no. wiht dish tv is9831159481, my address is 13, ram mohan roy road, Kolkata-700009. My dish tv number which i recharge is 8017760886 & in this number i had recharged earlier also, but i did’t face any problem then.
Kindly take necessary action & oblige.
