Sir,
Last month on 19.12.2017, i applied for a new connection of dish tv hd nxt premium. However, technical installed the low grade hd set up box or dish tv hd nxt instead of the premium. Ifaced a lot of the problem of picture clarity/no true hd not and 5.1 sound is not working. also it makes a lot of noice , while changing the channel. Totally disgusting dish tv service. I complaint on 26.11.2017 vide complaint no. 362736717, than a complained on 08.01.2018 was registered from dish tv customer care centre, and called more than 100 time to dish tv customer care, more tha 3 times i have mailed this issues to dish tv customer care, but no one technical person visited yet to resolve the issue. Later on, I have complaint so many times from the last 25 days, but always complaints get closed by dish tv without giving solution . Even no one technical visited at my address. It going to be a month now, and still my compliant is pending.
Due to all this issues, i could not utilised the services of dish tv due to poor video quality and poor sound quality. Already, my dish tv was not working properly, also my default dist tv connection was completely switched off yesterday. Please take back ur connection and refund my money. I dont want this worst/bad dish tv connection. Even in future, i will never take the name of dish tv…it is worst…. worst….. worst ….connection…..Dish tv people are fraud. … because dish tv never provided serivces after several complaint. you people have made me mad. Immedialety refund my money, other wise i will raise this issue in consumer court….My registered dish tv mo. no. is 9711110205. My address proof is attached herewith. Please send some one technical person to take back this dish tv connection and refund my money by today.
