I recharged my dish tv connection VC No 01526961923 on 04 Jul 17 and due dt of recharge was 01 Nov 17. On 29 Oct I recharged with Rs 283 and supposed to be due for recharge last week of Nov 2017. However msg is coming to recharge by 11 Nov 17. On interaction with dish tv customers they did not resolve the issue. I was told to hold and I interact up to approx one and half hour. I was told that I hav requested some service which cost approxRs 30. Despite this due dt should be end of Nov 17. May I request plz look the matter.
