Dominos Pizza – stale pineapple topping

Dominos Pizza Cochin used stale pineapple toppings in my pizza.I informed them to change it with a fresh one without pineapple toppings. Its been 1 hour 15 minutes and nobody has turned up. I called them to find out, they say the delivery guy has left, looks like they have done nothing about it. Very bad experience………
