I bought a yearly plan for hair loss from Dr. Batras in the branch in Vaishali, but their medications and treatments fell short of my expectations. As a result, I would like to end their plan, even though I took their prescriptions for two months.
I’m not seeing any results, and my hair loss is getting worse.
I am therefore anticipating receiving my money back.
Since I made an emi payment through HDFC Bank, I want the remaining amount to be refunded and the remaining treatment to be cancelled.
When I went to the clinic today, they told me that I would not be getting a refund and asked why I would have to pay for the remaining months if I didn’t want to continue. code: 8273191
