i have also been provided a faulty weight machine from their official drtrust site . this company is a fraud and needs to be taught a lesson . my order no is #26312 . they have provided a faulty weight machine which is not operating from the date of delivery. Their official customer care is not transparent and fools people by asking them to send details on their whatsapp number .for which they take no action. also after few days they block your contact from contacting them
