I sent a request on August 25th for hotel accommodations at 7 locations on my tour itinerary starting on September 3rd.
but at 4 out of 7, you stated that you were unable to make arrangements.
After a few reminders, you suggested some hotels in three locations, the majority of which were much lower quality than what your Mr. Abhishek Verma and Ms. Rupali had promised when they granted me membership.
Please take note that I submitted my options within 15 hours of receiving your proposal.
Unfortunately, despite numerous phone calls and WA messages, I received no response from your end other than a few empty promises that a booking confirmation would be sent via email within a short period of time.
Mr. Abhishek Verma halted to answer my calls.
I was shocked and surprised to see your last-minute mail demanding that I pay Rs 25,998 despite Mr. Abhishek Verma’s assurance that I would only be required to pay Rs 8,000 as AMC due to the membership I was granted.
I am completely disgusted with your company’s pathetic handling of my case and failure to uphold the promises made when you granted me membership, and I am no longer interested in my membership in your group.
Finally, I had to request that there was no need to continue because it was already too late in my case. I have lost interest in maintaining any connection with your business.
Please arrange for the cancellation of my membership and the refund of my entire membership fee. It should be noted that your business has not yet offered me any services.
