I’m writing this to share a deeply distressing experience with Dream Square Holidays Pvt. Ltd., who scammed us through misleading claims, hidden charges, and unfulfilled commitments.
In April 2025, while on a trip to Manali, we were approached by their representatives, including Mr. Ravi Pratap Singh, and invited to a 2-hour presentation. They pitched a holiday membership plan for ₹1,00,000, promising:
1. 50 days of premium holiday stays over 12 years
2. 4- and 5-star hotel tie-ups (Hyatt, Ramada, Sheraton, Lemon Tree)
3. No hidden charges
4. A 45-day full refund policy if dissatisfied
However, after payment via credit card, we were shocked to discover:
1. The amount was converted into EMI with 18% interest
2. An ₹8,000/year Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) buried in the fine print, never disclosed during the presentation
3. Their promised hotels, were unavailable or rejected later.
4. Customer service turned rude and abusive when we tried to cancel within the refund window
Repeated emails and follow-up calls were met with false assurances and no actual refund. We’ve since:
1. Filed a cybercrime complaint and a consumer court grievance
2. Collected written confirmations from hotels like Hyatt and Radisson denying any association with them
3. Saved screenshots, chat and call records, payment proofs, and the misleading agreement.
This appears to be a well-planned travel scam targeting trusting families during vacations.
⚠️ Please be careful:
1. Don’t fall for their fake reviews on Google and Justdial
2. Never swipe your card without full clarity
3. Avoid any on-the-spot memberships from this company
We have also formed a WhatsApp group with other victims. If you’ve also been cheated, please email me at [email protected]. I’ll share my number, and together we can take collective legal action.
