We have purchased a travel package from Dream Square Holidays Private Limited for a period of 10years.
They have sold the product by promising 4 and 5 star properties throughout India and abroad by a presentation.
But when we planned to use the package for 2 nights. They gave us the option that were not even considerable.
The hotels were so pathetic and they were given it very proudly.
Moreover, It was not the worth what we have paid for ..
we bought this particular package for 1,10,000 /- with an advance payment of 75000 /-
When we were not satisfied with the hotel category quality and asked for refund of our hard earned money …. The company straight away denied.. and misbehaved so badly..
We request to please guide us in this regard as we have been cheated and want our refund amount asap.
We have not taken a single service from the vendor ..
and further no one should believe their smiles and fake hotel list…
