Salespeople Aamir Akhtar and Aamir sold me a plan for 20,000 rupees in July of this year that included a 6D/7N tour package.
They also gave me two movie vouchers, four vouchers good for eight days, and a 5,000 air ticket voucher.
At the time of the sale, there were no additional terms and conditions.
1. They failed to provide the air ticket voucher despite repeated requests.
2. When I called their office boy D S Rajpoot, he called the salesman, and it was made clear on the conference call that I don’t have to pay any money. In the welcome email, they had requested an additional 8000 rupees. But they once more demanded 8000.
3. They gave me two movie vouchers, booked a ticket for one of them, and when I asked for the second, they said I could have it after a month. After a month, they stopped answering my questions.
4. When I asked for hotel reservations, they first told me that five-star hotels were not allowed, then they said to give them 12 to 14 days, and finally they said that places of worship were not permitted.
While they had promised me that these locations would have five-star amenities, I had only signed up for the services for holy locations like Mathura and Varanasi.
They offered me arbitrary explanations but never made any reservations. They also stopped returning my calls, emails, and text messages.
5. I asked the salespeople to assist me. Knowing that I don’t reside in India, the salesmen Aamir Akhtar and Aamir threatened me, harassed me, and then blocked me on WhatsApp.
6. I agreed to their plan to support an Indian company, but they took advantage of my feelings.
I demand that you immediately return my hard-earned money and file a lawsuit.
