I ordered a portable air cooler, which I received today, against cash on delivery. When unpacked, the product is damaged and completely unusable. I tried calling the toll free no mentioned on website which does not exist.
I have written an email, which at first bounced back. I have resent an email.
on 14/july/2020 purchased portable air conditioner from driftdeals.com. i received a damaged, leaking and not charging product. Called 18001237188(NO RESPOnse). emailed [email protected] (NO RESPONSE, emailed [email protected] (bounce back. ECOM security manager is also aware of this issues and he says they are a cheat company still their delhi head office is taking orders. Mr Varman Security manager was supposed to escalate but it seems all are connecetd
Similar happened to me.
I ordered for a particular product… and got a cheap duplicate .
Now there is no where to go. No way to contact them.
