The order for 10000 mAh India’s Fastest Wireless Power Bank (2 quantity) was placed on 5th May 2021 amounting to Rs. 3998/- via order no. DD130649. We received the order on the 10th of May 2021. While we open the packet we noticed there was only 1 power bank received instead of 2 quantities. WE wrote a complaint email on the 12th at [email protected] but did not received any reply from their end. Later on, the 17th other complaint email was drafted online still not revert. Also tried calling the toll-free number which is a fake number just for showcase. Today again I have emailed regarding the same. Hopin to get a help from you and resolve this matter at the aerliest.
