Hi Team,
I placed a request for my fast tag on 4th December 2020, I paid Rs. 1500 and submitted my documents (PAN and AADHAR) on the WhatsApp number provided to me on the call. It was told that i will receive my fast tag within 10 days. I am still waiting for it to get delivered.
Unfortunately, I will have to file a police complaint if i did not get any update withing the next 24 hours as this is a security theft of my personal data.

* Write Drive Sim in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Drive Sim.
The same froud happened to me when I booked fastag registration on [email protected]. waited for couple of days as there was no response for email or phone suspected some froud.and after four days complained to National consumer forum and got docket number.after waiting for three days contacted national consumer forum.they advised to mail drivesim that complaint complaint lodged with NCF.and ask for fastag or refund.i have mailed and with in half hour I got the refund.please follow and get refund.best of luck
