On 26 Dec 2020 I had applied for fastag application through drivesim online fastag application thought it was genuine service ,I paid 1500 through debit card it was directed to titu cyber cafe . I got email stating that we have received ur payment and will be processed .but I never got the fastag neither they r replying to my mails .please help me
