I had registered on drivesim.com on 27th December 2020 for a Fastag and paid Rs. 1500/- online. After that I got a mail from drivesim.com saying that I’ve been registered, will get my Fastag within 7 days and one executive wouldc call me shortly. I never received any call. Then HDFC Bank sent me mail quoting on Ref. No in the subject line and another number in the attachment. My mobile number was also wrongly entered about which I informred drivesim.com, but got no answer. After that I put a complaint in the HDFC Fastag email stating everything and giving my correct mobile number, and in case nothing was done I asked them for refund. Got only the acknowledgment mail, nobody called me as promised and nothing else till today. I provided my driving license no. and car number, and was not asked to submit more documents. This must be investigated and a refund be kindly arranged.

The file attached contains my wrong mobile number.
