I have booked for issue of Fast tag for my car on 21st Dec. 2020 and paid Rs 1500/- on line thruough my debit via Razorpay medium. I recieved a response on my email just saying that your registration application has been recieved and customer care person will contact you soon. but nobody contacted and the contact no given is switched off. The money has been gone to some Titu cyber cafe in sonepat, haryana.

How to file a complaint against drivsim?
* Go to page
* Write drivsim in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from drivsim.
I also didn’t received any confirmation from drive sim for my order
I ordered it on 21st December , 2020
I also want to file complaint for drive sim
Because till now I hadn’t received any call from them or receipt of confirmation
I payed Rs 1500/- through my card through razor pay medium
The number given is also switched off nd out of service
