I have applied for Fast Tag online on 30th December 2020 and paid 1500 for the same. I was contacted over phone the next day and confirmed that I would get the product within 10 days. However, there is no response on the same now. Neither is the contact person responding over call/whatsapp nor is there reply over mail.
