We had applied for fast tag on 25th Dec without realising that it is a private consultancy as it is coming on top when we are typing Fast tag on Google, made a big mistake by providing all car information and paying 1500 INR. Till now the fast tag has not come, only one email came after 5 days not giving much information for following up. The number they have provided does not work.
This is not authentic company, which we realised much later on reading more about fast tags.
Please help us get the money back as we will apply from authorised company.
