I, ravinder rao , have applied for a fastag on 30th of december 2020 , paid an amount of 1500 and been told that an executive would get back in contact in 7 business days but havent received any call or message. The company is neither replying to the messages nor answering any calls. i hereby request to look into this matter and refund my money back or deliver the fastag asked for.
