Applied for FasTag through their website. I paid ₹1500. So far I haven’t received my FasTag. They sent a mail saying my application has been processed. It was supposedly done through HDFC. There’s no customer care number. I tried the HDFC customer care. They said even though the application number is correct there was no payment made. They can’t do anything to help. No communication from this website people. I think it’s a bogus company and their people need to be arrested on charges of fraud.
