Dear Authority,
Need a strict action against the fraud company – Drivesim.in . They are looting people’s money through their fake website.
Sequence of Events below:
1. I used their website (drivesim.in) for buying FastTAG and paid Rs. 1500 to “TITU CYBER CAFE” for same on December 7th, 2020 through my credit card. I got a confirmation mail immediately (from [email protected]) that my request is confirmed and i will get a call from their executive within 7 days which never happened.
2. On 15th December, 2020 – I received a mail from “[email protected]” that my application is received with application reference no. is HR90201215130722 and i will receive my FastTAG in next 7 days. (I called HDFC FastTAG Helpline today and they specified that there are no records and it looks fake).
3. On 28th December, I again received a mail from [email protected] saying “Dear Applicant,
Your Fastag Application has been activated & Activation Reference Number is HFR01720390″
Its been more than a month i never received the FastTAG from their side.
Request a strict action, arrest and my money refund from their side.
