Reacting to an ad which said fastag was going to be mandatory I clicked on an online prompt which looked like hdfc logo and paid 1500 Rupees through my credit card . The link took me to razorpay which is a legitimate fintech company , or so it seemed. The fast tag was promised within seven days. It’s
nearly two months now. I wrote to [email protected] asking for feedback. No response received. How can a fraud company get into a NHAI website without their active participation? How can razorpay act on behalf of those whose antecedents are unknown to defraud millions of Indians. Or are they part of the conspiracy too. And finally which Bank took the KYC procedures so lightly so as to allow this fraud to happen. Media silence is also surprising.
Have they been bought out too ??I want to know who all were responsible.
