Drivesim.in – Took the money and fast tag has not been delivered, no response from customer care

I had ordered a fast tag on 16th December 2020. It was supposed to be delivered to me in 10 days. The customer care team of drivesim.in has not been responding to calls or mails. I paid 1500/-INR through gpay. Their executive called to confirm address. And now nobody is responding. My activation no. Given by them was HFR01732079 over email. Please help me. Thanks.
