I had applied for fastag on 30th December 2020 without realising that it is a private consultancy as it is coming on top when we are typing Online Fastag application on Google. I provided all the informaton about me and the car and as it had asked paid Rs.1500/- through netbanking via HDFC Bank.. After completion of the payment a message came that for further verification their executive will call me. But I have not received any call nor any SMS from their end.. and did not receive any Request Id also. Only received two emails. the payment has gone through RAzorpay gateway to some Titu Cyber cafe. On calling their contact no. provided on their site ie. 9821434530 it is just ringing and absolutely no response from their end. Further on searching I found that many people have complained against this website being a fraud. I am unable to understand after receiving so many complaints why is this website still functioning why haven’t cyber cell not blocked the website. People are being targeted and cheated. I request to block the website.
