Drivesim – Not received fastag

I have applied for fastag on 26/12/2020. Received an HDFC acknowledgement application although HDFC does not have anything related to it in their database. In mail it was written I will be receiving the fastag in 7 working days but not received yet. Also I have made the payment for 1500 but received the receipt of only 500. Mobile number mentioned in application is wrong.

Please address it asap else I assure you to file complaint in consumer forum and hdfc branch head office.

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Drivesim.
