Purchased a Steam Vaporizer (Blue) 901 from dr trust directly with post paid on 16/04/2021. I had the worst experience that received the Steam Vaporizer without key item/ one part was missing. I keep on contacting to customer care/ D Trust through phone and mail but not a remarkable response from any points of contact. Shared the photo of partially received edited item as well as the the snap shot of missed item in their catalog. Customer executives are not able/ compliance to conclude the concerns and they will disconnect the phone without any intimation during conversation. Since now Dr Trust was not delivered the missing item even after 35 days. Seems an unprofessional way of attitude by entire teams (admin, sales, customer care and marketing delegates) will spoil the reputation of Dr Trust.
