Dear sir,
This is to inform you that I would like to cancel my dubai first bank credit and the liabilty letter which the bank has mentioned around more than 10 thousand AED than my outstanding amount . When I checked with the customer care, they have informed me that it’s outstanding interest rate of my quick cash which I have taken earlier . But this policy is not applicable to any bank product which iam currently using .. Kindly clarify and request you to waive off the excess amount
