I booked a flat in August 2016. I paid an advance of 5 Lakhs. I had not signed any agreements, but just paid a token advance. By September, I did not wish to proceed with the purchase and informed them of my decision. Mr. Karuna from Dugar was informed of my decision. He asked me to email to their management. I have written many emails. But they stopped replying. Also could not get them on phone.
It is almost close to a year now, but still awaiting for my deposit to be refunded.

Also, they promised that the flats will be completed by August 2016, then September and December 2016. But the constructions is yet to complete.
