I have been charged interest of 1980 dhs even though i make full payment last month as per the agent over the phone if I will make full payment there won’t be more interest so now again one agent told me that i have to pay two consecutive months full payment . which is completely insane i could have paid more if the last agent told me correct information so I have to file a complaint phone recording is there i should be waved off with interest charges ..
