We understand that we have a responsibility to settle our bills with your company. BUt that doesnt give any right to any agent or your employees to talk to us in an extremely rude manner. His name is Raj, he calls me mostly in the morning, which he know i am in the office and busy most of the time in the morning. so most of the time i am not able to answer his calls right away. but anytime i get free, i am calling him back, whether on landline or mobile… in the evening he will call me, around 7 pm onwards, knowing that i will be at home and sleeping or doing house chores. Even if we have dues in your company, that shud be handled by your agent professionally and not be rude. You also have to understand the difficulty that we are facing now because of what you did to my account. instead of doing consolidation, you did top up on my account…and that gave me a hard time paying my dues…
please teach your agent little manners
