Hi everyone! I badly need an advice. I’m currently here in the Philippines and I’m planning to come back to UAE on 13th of february 2018. I have a credit which reached more than 70k AED and unfortunately I can’t pay this amount. I spoke with one of the collection agent and I asked him if I have a police case but he said that he will only disclose that information if I will pay 750aed. I know that they are doing this because of incentives but they don’t care to provide police case to anyone because they know that we can only pay fine and the case will be cleared. Is there anyone here can help me know if I have police case or not since I’m flying back to Dubai on the 13th. I will appreciate your quick response. Thank you!
