I would like to complain and ask advice about my problem in Dunia. January 2015 i got loan from Dunia with the amount of 15k and together with that they give me credit card with the limit of 2500. Then after a few months they give me top up 15k and they make it 10k in my CC and May 2017 another 10k top up in my loan and same time they make my CC decreased to 2500. Im too late to realized that everytime they are giving me top up the pricipal money that i get from them from the beginning always returning in same amount and they just add top up amount and return again to the same term years of payment. Its been 3 years since Im paying my loan but now its already January 2018 my total loan amount is 35000. So where all the money that I pay goes for 3 years, dont even go down instead its going up. Its same happened to my dunia credit card, I used 10k limit then when i got money i pay all at once. I thought I can breath somehow to my financial obligations because i finished to pay dunia creditcard but after a month and received my statement they put too much interest and hidden charges and deduct to my credit card. I call them to clear and they just says thats my previous charges. Then after a month when I had top up they make my creditcard from 10k to 2500.

And now I had 4 missed payment. Dunia Collector keep calling me with different numbers and with different person. They are keep on texting me and sending emails. Scaring me that they will file a case. against me, they are shouting at me and telling me bad words. Even late night there are still calling and they are calling also to my company. This problem really affects me. I cant even sleep at night and scared to answer calls, read emails and text from them because of they are harrasing me to pay anyhow.

Last month, I was frustrated, I contacted and went to one Debt Consultancy to ask advice and help to solve my problem in Dunia Loan & CC and Dubai First CC. At first meeting, they promised me too much things that they can solve my problem. They can negotiate to the bank on my behalf and ask for restructure plan that I can be able to pay my credit beyond my means. But its just added to my burdens and debt. Dunia didnt communicate with the advisor, they said instead to pay for debt consultancy talk to us directly. I visited Dunia office asking for Restructure. They are willing to restructure, even 6 years, 8 years or even 10 years. I thought everything will be okay when I go back home because Im thinking i will just pay half of my monthly installment I need to pay every month, so I’m thinking 1386 will be 693 because that what I understand in Restructing debt less interest and lower monthly payment but few days later I received a call from them and one lady told me they can restructure my debt for 10 years and monthly payment of 1277. I feel angry I want to talk bad but I control myself because Im worried that they will make more problem. They want me to pay 1277 for 10 years. My regular installment is only 1386 for 44 months. Until now they are forcing me to agree in that plan. One guy told me its your chance to solve your problem. WT* thats what i want to tell to all of them. I want to finished my problem not to make it more worst. Its been a year Im not sending home, all my salary going to all my debt. Cant even buy what I need.

And now Im tired and whatever I do I cannot pay anymore. I did already what I should need to do. I think It will never finish so I will ready myself for consequences. Thank you because I found this site because of you somehow it helps me not to be scared and face my problem.

Please advice me what to expect and what will gonna happen?
How many missed payment before they can file a case against me?
How I will know that I have a police case?
Is it really true that I will just need atleast 6k in my hand for fine, they will not put me in jail or If i go to jail how many days it will take?
What will happend after police case and court, do i need to pay all my debt still from them?
Is there any rules for 2018, or still the same as what youve experience. Please share us.

I have total 35000 in Dunia Loan 3600 Dunia Credit Card and 32000 Dubai First.
