I am the Customer of Dunia Finance for last four years, I have Credit Card and LOANs. I m going through a bad financial issues since last 06 months and unable to pay the big amount of installment on time. However, I am paying all my installments but little delayed, my installment per month is 2800 Aed. Our company is delaying our payment for the several months. The collection team from Dunia is torturing me like anything and they use to call me 20 times in a day and its a kind of annoyance. The collection team in Dubai has no manners they don’t know how to handle a customer especially a lady named Lakshmi who is working in Dubai collection department and another guy named Mukesh. These people are saying what they doing is professional. I cannot understand what they mean by professionalism, [censor]. I am hereby requesting all my brothers and sisters don’t go for Dunia its same like you suicide.
