I took a credit card from dunia around 30000aed, I am a good payer from the time I had cc from them. But unfortunately due to downsizing of my company they terminated staff including me. I applied to claim my credit shield as it is covered the involuntary job lost. It’s been two months and it’s still pending. I couldnt able to pay my minimum payment as I am still unemployed and still on job haunt. Now, they charged me late payment fee. I kept on calling the customer service even I sent an email but nobody responded on my email. And the customer service, telling me same story that it’s still pending. Why are you doing this kind of treatment to ur customer? You don’t help when there’s no benefit from ur side. Until now I am waiting for an update about my credit shield claim.
