I (Harish Kumar S/o Late Sri Tej Singh Resident of RZF-7, Sadh Nagar-II, Palam Colony, New Delhi 110045) also booked a 2 BHK flat (875 sqft) in DWARKA HEIGHTS CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY LIMITED having office at Niwesh Global Private Limited, Aggarwal square plaza, Plot No.8, Pocket 7, Sector-12, Dwarka, (Near metro Station) New Delhi-110075 . Mr Dharmendra Kumar, Sales Manager (9990187112) Mr. Anurag , Sales Manager (9319622431) Mr. Rais Ahmad, Assistant General Manager Sale (7004585061, 9582925301) and Mr. Om Prakash , General Manager Sales (9015699679,9315101278) contact with me on mobile and offered a residential flat in the mentioned society. I am visited their office at sector -12 to physically verify the Society and its land. They shown me agriculture land and say we are purchased a land. L Zone DDA Land Pooling Policy Scheme for Dwarka -2. They are shown me a list of members who have booked their flats with these society. I am also ready to book and paid booking amount, membership fee with first installment Rs. 3,50,000/-wide Cheque no. 707904 Dt.13-09-2018 (Registration No. DH-II/1456) after that he issue a wlcome letter Sign by Mamta Vaid (Chairperson of Dwarka Heights, 9953680179) and Share certificate No. 819. Subsequently payments made Rs. 2,62,375/- wide Cheque 040845 Dt. 29-04-2019 and Rs. 6,25,750/- cheque No. 000004 Dt. 28-12-2019.after that Pay the last payment I am meet the sales person and he say we are submitted the land at DDA. One Retaired DDA Architect join the Niwesh Global and he said work in progress in DDA. Unfortunately Dwarka Heights co-operative Housing Society Limited website is blocked. I am checked online on society websiste I find lots of complaints against Dwarka Heights. May I request you to consider my case also for refund Rs. 12,38,125/-from dwarka heights co-oprative housing society Ltd.
