I Shri Biswajit Dutta and Mrs Uma Dutta Registration ID NDAY-II 209 booked residential area from DWARKA GCHSL under scheme New Delhi Awas Yojona II, In 2018, with an assurance to get flat by 2022,
There is no rsponse from Mr Vivek Singh 9958872393, there is no reply not even my email for refunding of our INR 600000/- deposited.

We , Uma Biswajit Dutta and Biswajit Ranjit Dutta became member of DHCHSL through application on December 2018 with Registration ID NDAY-II/209 and subsequently became member with membership no 1291.
We were given understanding that we may get possession by mid 2021. I understand that the preliminary formality and construction has not yet started and would take much longer time.
I am a service holder and as per my initial plan I am incurring House Rent ( Huge amount ) with an expectation that it would get compensated through the Flat from DHCHSL if I get possession on estimated date.
I would retire by March 2024. Under COVID-19 situation my financial plan has also been disturbed.
Under these circumstances we request you to arrange to refund our deposit INR 600000/-( Six lakh only) as early as possible.
