I booked ONE appartments in july 2013, Earth Titanium Studios with Earth Infrastructures pvt ltd Delhi and paid Rs 3000000 for ONE appartment. Company assured to give assured return 12% till possession as per agreement held with company. They paid assured return till sep 2015 and stop paying oct 2015 onward i have recived some cheque of assured return but few days ago i have recived the letter from earth which is mention our account has been closed so please dont present the cheque in your bank after that i have recived a call from earth and he saying that we not pay anymore assured return cheque.
