Sub: booking and allotment of 520 sqft. Fully furnished studio apartment no. Etts 1408 on 15th march 2013at greater noida up.

I am a senior citizen and m\s earth infrastructure ltd new delhi had promised me that they will allot fully furnished studio apartment latest by september 2016 and till then they will give assured return at rate of 12% per annum. They gave me for one and a half year and then suddenly stopped since april 2015.

I had paid the full payment but i have seen that the work at site has not yet started. If they cannot give possession of studio apartment by september 2016 then they should return my money with interest at rate of 18% per annum.

The directors of m\s earth infrastructure are:

1) mr. Atul gupta

2) mr. Vikas gupta

3) mr. Avdhesh kumar goel

4) mr. Rajnish mittal

I am in need of my money very urgently on account of this i had a heart problem and was admitted in gangaram hospital in delhi on 6th january 2016.

I would really be thankfull to you if you could solve my problem as soon as possible.
