Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I booked a shop number ETG/698 in Erath Infrastructure Ltd. – Earth tech one on 28march 2014. They have promised to give monthly interest of Rs. 8424 per month but after paying interest of Rs. 13277 (2 cheques -. Cheques No. 112261 named Joohi Agrawal & Cheque No. 112262 named Babita Agrawal of Kotak Mahindra Bank dated 31.12.2015) company has not given any further cheques. Hence, we have stopped the last instalment of Rs. 191360. and other charges.

We have tried to contact the concerned authority in Earth Infrastructure Ltd. but no response is given by them. So, we request you to please take the further action in this regards and do the needful.
