I have booked one flat 1095 sqf at D Tower in Earth Towne project at Noida Extension West in July 2010 under Reference No. ETH/HS/B/001563 (ETR-1563) and payment of 95% of total amount including service tax has been paid as per their demand letters in 2016.

Till date no information has been received about the possession of aforesaid flat, now two of their directors have been arrested, kindly help in getting the possesion of above flat or refund of my deposited amount at the earleist.
