I have booked flat in Earth towne project Tower A-801 noida extension sector -1 REF NO -ETH/HS/B/0968 but till date flat not provided by Builder . And FIR already registered by welfare association FIR no. 111/2016.
I have invested all retirement money in this Flat and right now i am living in rented house from 3 years.
kindly provide detail for recovering back my money and request to govt. to take strict action on it.
