We have booked 4BHK Flat in 2012. They have promised to give possession in 2014Oct. I am a NRI and my parents who is 77 and 78 years old has also booked with me. They have spent their entire retirement money. Everytime I visit to India I visit the site and see only a pit. Now the site is so dirty and there is no trace of construction. We want our money back but they are not giving refunds.
Mr. Avdesh Goel( one of the directors of Earth Infrastructures) has been arrested by the economic offense wing of delhi police. There are many people who have filed an FIR against them.
